• Payment metadata — handled and stored by Stripe; we receive a session ID, amount, and payment status only.
• Support messages — name, email, and content of any message you send via our Contact form.
• Anonymous analytics — page views and aggregate event data via PostHog. No cookies are set for advertising purposes.

• To send occasional product updates and new resources (you can unsubscribe anytime).

• To improve the product and landing page.

We use a small, vetted set of services to operate The Calm Stack:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• MongoDB Atlas — secure data storage.
• PostHog — privacy-respecting product analytics.

Each handles your data under their own privacy policies and security standards.

You can, at any time:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping for payments).
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message we send.

Payment records are retained for as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes. Email subscribers remain in our list until they unsubscribe.

If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify subscribers by email.
